Refund policy

Only products in 'new' condition with unopened packaging are eligible for return.  Customer must notify of need to return item(s) and receive prior approval to ensure return is processed correctly.  Return items subject to 5% processing and restocking fee. Return requests should be directed to info@bikesnbeergarage.com and must include customer order number and specify the product to be returned
