You do not have to replace the complete cam chain tensioners on 1999 thru 2006 Twin Cam models when only the shoes are worn. This very attractively priced set replaces the shoes in primary cam chain tensioner OEM 39954-99A and cam-to-cam chain tensioner OEM 39964-99A and comes complete with rivets.
