These replacement shoes are very attractively priced and fit the primary cam chain tensioner OEM 39968-06 and cam-to-cam chain tensioner OEM 39969-06. Fits 2006 Dyna, 2007-2017 Twin Cam and 1999-2006 Twin Cam with hybrid cam chain kit.
